Your Role Will Include:
- Becoming an Expert: Leverage your industry and product expertise to deliver impactful solutions.
- Driving Projects: Collaborate with Relationship Management to identify and lead longer-term customer projects.
- Supporting Onboarding: Work with Project Delivery to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Enhancing Client Experience: Train and assist customers on their product, capturing valuable feedback to refine future offerings.
- Shaping New Solutions: Define and specify new business solutions, collaborating closely with the development team.
- Optimizing Processes: Analyse customer workflows and product functionality to boost efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Spotting Trends: Identify and share developmental trends to inform future product releases.
- Technical Problem Solving: Utilise your technical knowledge, including SQL and Excel, to address diverse tasks and projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Desirable:
- A 2.1 degree or above.
- Experience with Microsoft CRM and/or SQL.
